Our policy

PREPAYMENT:
You must make a payment of 25% of the total amount by bank card or bank transfer (Standard or Bizum) to guarantee the reservation. Property will contact guests after booking to provide payment instructions.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A cash deposit of €200 will be made at the entrance for possible damages, which will be returned upon departure.

PAYMENT:
The pending amount will be paid directly at the entrance in cash together with the deposit, the tourist tax (€1/person/day) and the mandatory cleaning service (€55 for the entire stay)

CANCELATION CONDITIONS:

If you cancel the reservation up to 15 days before the arrival date, no charges will be made and the amount of the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.
